In this sitcom, Charlie, who takes Mike Flaherty's place in later years, is the Deputy-Mayor of New York City, and his team of half-wits must constantly save the Mayor from embarrassment and the media. This collection is the first in a series that features Michael J. Fox's favorite episodes of SPIN CITY, the popular sitcom he starred in from 1996 until 2000. In it, he plays Deputy Mayor Mike Flaherty, whose chief job is making sure his boss, the slightly daft Mayor Randall Winston, doesn't look like a fool in public. Mike and his quirky staff fight a daily battle to put on a competent public face as they engage in outrageous office hijinks and struggle to separate their professional and private lives.
